Analytics is optional
DataNutri loads Google Analytics only after you choose “Allow analytics.” If you decline, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it.
What is measured
When analytics is allowed, DataNutri sends a page view containing the page path without its query string. This allows aggregate visit and page-usage reports while keeping food search terms and filter values out of the page-view event sent by the application. Google may also process technical information such as browser, device, and approximate location as part of Google Analytics.
Change your choice
Use “Analytics settings” in the footer at any time. Declining after a prior acceptance updates the consent state and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies created for this site.
Your food diary stays on your device
“My day” stores the foods you log, their servings and their nutrient snapshots only in this browser (IndexedDB). Nothing from the diary is sent to DataNutri servers or to Google Analytics, and it never appears in a page address. Clearing site data removes it; use “Export all days” on the diary page for a backup, and “Delete all diary data” to erase it at any time.
